Educational Talent Search (ETS) is a federally funded program under the TRIO branch of the U.S. Department of Education. ETS identifies and assists individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher educations. ETS provides academic, career, and financial aid counseling to 1,200 participants in the counties of Monterey and Santa Cruz. Participating schools include: Alisal High School, Gonzales High School, Greenfield High School, King City High School, Seaside High School, Soledad High School, and Watsonville High School. ETS encourages students to graduate from high school and continue to a post-secondary school of their choice.
 
ETS es un programa federal, financiado por el Departamento de Educación de Estados Unidos. ETS identifica y ayuda a personas de entornos desfavorecidos que tienen el potencial de tener éxito en la educación superior.
