Course Description

Course description: This class will focus on the development of reading, writing, oral communication, and state-level test taking skills. We will be focusing on weekly spelling/vocabulary lists, Daily Oral Language, journal writing, SSR, grammar, and improving reading and writing skills. Time will also be spent preparing for the ELPAC (language exam), SRI (reading inventory) GOAL is 850+, the writing benchmark, and IXL.
