Principal's Message

Mr. Lynch, Principal
GHS Students, Parents, and Staff,

I am so glad to be starting my “senior” year at Greenfield High School – I can’t believe this is my fourth year here already.  I have been at GHS for about as long as this year’s senior class and look forward to another great year.

Greenfield High has grown a lot since my arrival, we have increased from 930 students to a current enrollment of 1,210.  We have also gained some new staff, we have gone from 34 to 49 teachers, added a Dean of Students, a counselor, and other support positions to better serve our students.

I am happy to start another year as the Principal at GHS, and I am also proud of what our staff and students have accomplished.  We have added some Career/Technical Education pathways – STEM Engineering, STEM Computer Programming, and AG Careers.  We had over 200 graduates last year and most of them are planning to pursue higher education at a 2- or 4-year institution.  And, we more than doubled the number of students taking AP exams.

In short, great things are happening at Greenfield High School  due to the efforts of our incredible staff, and eager student body, and involved parents – so keep up the good work!

Have a great year Bruins!

Frank Lynch

Greenfield High School Principal

Frank Lynch
