Bruins the Scheid Essay Contest is right around the corner. Next week, you can come on either Wednesday (1:50-4:50) or Saturday (8:30-11:30) The topic is “Mandatory Vaccines”. You can do all the research you like. Remember, the competition is by grade level.
Congratulations to Maya Avalos for placing as third alternate for the California State Speech and Debate Tournament in April. She has reached Excellence status for the National Speech and Debate Association, which is the highest level any student in our county has achieved.
Food Fair March 18th at lunch with an extended lunch period. Presale tickets will go on sale at lunchtime starting Tuesday, March 15th. Tickets will act as your currency for the Food Fair. Cash will not be accepted at the booths. You must exchange your cash for tickets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at lunch in front of Bruno.
