Quick Reminders for this week!
1. Reminder GHS Students: Planner/I.D. Make-up Day: In order to follow safety and health guidelines because of COVID-19, we plan to limit the number of students on campus and will follow the schedule below:
November 18th: From 12 P.M. to 3 P.M.
*Please be advised the time has changed due to the College & Career Fair taking place during the morning
Please make sure you follow these safety guidelines: IDs and Planners will be distributed in the front of the school by the main office. Please enter campus through the Wellness Check area in the front part of campus next to the Main Office and remember to follow Social Distancing guidelines and wear masks.
2. 3rd Annual College & Career Fair
This year's 3rd Annual College and Career Fair will be taking place virtually through Teams on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020. In the next few days we will be adding each of you to 3 new teams for the event. On this day you will attend 3 different workshops. You will find the schedule below. Additionally, please be aware that we will NOT be making any changes to your workshops.
La Feria Anual de Universidades y Carreras de este año se llevará a cabo virtualmente a través de Teams el miércoles 18 de noviembre de 2020. En los próximos días agregaremos a cada uno de ustedes a 3 nuevos equipos para el evento. En este día asistirás a 3 talleres diferentes. Encontrará el horario en esta publicacion. Además, tengan en cuenta que NO haremos ningún cambio en los talleres asignados.
3. Meal Service Update
Beginning Wednesday November 18, we will move to having meal service only once per week. Meal kits will ONLY be distributed on Wednesdays from 2pm-4pm. The change to meal service will allow us to better accommodate Food Service staff schedules in order to serve meals for any students that return to campus and continue distributing meals to our community.
What’s Happening Next Week?
Due to the Non-School day on Wednesday, November 25th, meal distribution for that week will be moved to Monday, November 23rd from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. and will resume on Wednesday’s after Thanksgiving Break.

Greenfield Community Center
The city of Greenfield would like to count on your voluntary participation to take a survey for ideas and feedback for a new park and community center. The link will be on our school website at https://www.greenfieldhs.org/ then scroll down to Bruin News, and an email will be sent to your school email providing the link.
Cap & Gown Deadline Extended
The deadline is December 15th. Make sure you get your orders in right away. For more detailed information on how to order, go to the GHS website on the “Home” page; scroll down to “Bruin News” then click on “Show All News” then scroll until you find “Cap & Gown Order for Class of 2021” and click “Read More”. Wednesday, December 9th ASB will be hosting A Winter Rally. Leading up to the rally, we will be having some competitions and dress up days. To earn class points, you must participate on the Padlets by posting your “in progress” (pictures of your progress) pictures for the competitions and dress up days. Winners of each will be announced during the rally.
