Reminder from GEAR UP and ETS
Reminder to all students before coming to the GEAR UP or ETS officers you must have a written pass from your teachers.  No exceptions! 

Attention Seniors don't forget GEAR UP is having a T-Shirt competition.  Stop by the GEAR UP office for more details.  Deadline to submit your design is March 4th.  

Leadership 1 and Leadership 2
Did you registered for Leadership 1 and Leadership 2 for the 2020-2021 school year?   There will be a mandatory meeting in room 206 Thursday, March 5th we will close the door at 11:45.  So don't be late, bring your lunch!  If you do not attend the meeting, you will not be in the class next year.

Class of 2022
There will be a lunch meeting on Monday, March 2nd during lunch in room 202.  

Greenfield High Migrant ED Debate Team
Congratulations to the Greenfield High Migrant Ed Debate Team who took third place in Monterey County in the Tournament over the weekend.  Our team members are Jackie Ramos, Ani Bacilio, Jennifer Mendez and Cynthia.  

Financial Aid Deadline
Attention Seniors, Monday March 2nd is the deadline for Financial Aid & the Salinas Valley Promise.  Stop by the GEAR UP office for help.  

Congratulations to this months PBIS ticket winners:  Grabriel Montoya, Naelia De Jesus Ramirez, Andrea Santos Guerrero, Andrei Orozco, Adrian Justos, Emmanuel Ramirez Perea, Leonor Villa, Marisela Hernandez, Andrew Siqueiros and Jesus Chavez.  Please come to the office at lunch to claim your prize.  

Food Fair
There will be a Food Fair on March 12th!  Pre-sale tickets will be sold in front of Bruno on March 10th and 11th during lunch.  Beat the line buy your Food Fair tickets before March 12th.  

ACT Fee Waivers
Attention students, ACT Fee Waivers are now in!  To pick one up please stop by and see Ms. Rodriguez in counseling.  

AP Students
Don't forget that there is a $5 registration fee per exam.  You can make payments with Ms. Sanchez or Ms. Rodriguez.  Deadline to pay for your exam is April 9, 2020.

Class of 2020
Attention Seniors!  Class meeting in room 605 on Thursday, March 5th at lunch.  Please attend!

Community Service Hours Deadline
Seniors!  The deadline to turn in Community Service hours is May 18, 2020, to Mrs. Aguirre in the library.

Saturday, April 4th 2020, 8 A.M to Noon for Greenfield Community Cleanup Event, please see Mrs. Aguirre in library for waiver application.

Hartnell Teacher Pathway Program
If you have any interest in teaching, please attend the lunchtime Hartnell Teacher Pathway informational meeting in the library on  Wednesday, March 11th.  Bring your lunch.
Students of all grades but especially you seniors and juniors, are encouraged to learn about how the Teacher Pathway is restoring its King City-centered model for the classes of 2020 and 2021.  The Program's Director will explain how you'd complete all coursework in King City.

Flea Market
Attention Bruins! On March 14th, there will be a flea market here at Greenfield High from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M., DON'T FORGET TO STOP BY, or buy a spot and earn some extra cash.

Prom 2020
Vamos a la Playa Prom 2020 there are still 50 seats left.  Buy your tickets with Mrs. Cortes in room 206 before school or after school.  Final Prom payments are due Wednesday, April 1st.  Remember Prom is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Vamos a la Playa Prom 2020! 

Grad Bash
  • Attention Seniors!  Please start making payments for Grad Bash.  All money due at the end of April.
  • Chocolate fundraiser money due to Mr. Francis by March 20th!  We still have 2 dozen boxes to sell if you want to help!

College Futures Scholarship
Seniors, the College Futures Scholarship deadline is coming up soon.  Make sure to complete is ASAP so GEAR UP or ETS can review the application.  Good luck Bruins!  

Thank you for your support selling the boxes of chocolates.  We have a new fundraiser.  If you would like to help the class of 2021 come by room 609.

Military Science Class
If you signed up for Military Science for next year and are interested in attending the TWO WEEK SUMMER CAMP, please attend an informational meeting on Thursday, March 12th at 11:45 P.M. in the gym.

Physics Club
There will be a meeting on Friday, March 6th during lunch in room 104.  Also Physics club remember to turn in the pretzel box money as soon as possible. 

Attention Baseball Players
Early Dismissal on Friday, March 6th at 1:45 P.M., vans will leave at 2 P.M.  Do not be late!

Scheid Essay Contest
Attention all Bruin Writers, the Scheid Essay Contest is coming up.  You have two opportunities:  Next Thursday from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. or Saturday 8:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.  There is over $9,000 waiting for Bruins!  Sign up with your English teacher.
