Prom 2020
Prom 2020 is around the corner!  There are only 100 tickets left so go make your $50 per person deposit in room 206 before school and after school with Mrs. Cortes!  It is $185 for a single ticket and $365 for a couples ticket.  Vamos a la Playa May 23rd 2020!

ETS
ETS will be having a SAT/ACT Prep workshop field trip for Juniors on March 21, 2020.  Deadline is Thursday, March 12th.  Pick up your permission slips at the ETS office or check your email.

Hartnell Placement Workshop
Will take place during Civics/Econ classes on February 24th and February 25th.  Have your application completed in advance.  

Traveling to France & Spain
Does spending 14 days traveling in Germany, France & Spain sound exciting?  Sign up for this Summer 2021 trip by February 29th to save $200.  See Mrs. Radcliff for more details or use the tour number from one of the posters around campus.  

Class of 2023
There will be a meeting during lunch on Tuesday, February 25th in room 616.  

ASVAB
Attention students Tuesday, February 25th is the last day to sign up for the ASVAB.  Please see Ms. Rodriguez before lunch time.

Early Dismissal for Friday, February 28th at 1:40 P.M., vans will leave a 1:50 P.M.

Leadership 1 and Leadership 2
Did you registered for Leadership 1 and Leadership 2 for the 2020-2021 school year?   There will be a mandatory meeting in room 206 Thursday, March 5th we will close the door at 11:45.  So don't be late, bring your lunch!  If you do not attend the meeting, you will not be in the class next year.

"Classified Champion"
This month's "Classified Champion" is extremely hard working and very meticulous with their job.  Our campus would not function as smoothly without their dedication.  This individuals is a team player and always tries to respond to emergency calls right away.  Due to their hard work and promptness this month's Classified Champion goes to our Technology Assistant Mr. Jerry Garcia!

"Tireless Teacher"  
This months "Tireless Teacher" exemplifies Bruin Pride because of the support and school spirit that they provide to GHS students and staff.  This teacher goes above and beyond when it comes to being a part of Bruin culture.  Students indicate that this teacher really shows that they care, listens, and provides helpful input.  This teachers positivity is truly infectious and admirable.  Due to their caring personality, their enormous Bruin heart, and their involvement with our students, this month's Tireless Teacher goes to Mr. Francis!
