Summer School Applications
- Summer school applications are due May 25, 2018. Space is limited PLEASE reserve your spot by submitting an application ASAP, to the counseling office. If you lost your application see counselors.
- We have space in the following classes for summer school: P.E., U.S. History, World History, Art and Spanish.
Jamba Juice Smoothies on Tuesday, May 22nd from 3:30 P.M. to 4:15 P.M. outside the main office, 16 oz for $5. Come and support PBIS fundraiser.
ETS (Educational Talent Search)
- ETS will be having their summer college field trip to San Diego, please pick up your permission slips at the ETS office and check your email. Deadline is May 25, 2018.
- ETS Seniors please come to room 206 on Monday, May 21st during lunch to receive your gift.
Sophomore Class Officers
Please meet in room 605 to discuss transition. Mr. Francis would like to speak with current and incoming leadership.
Join us Monday, May 21st for Junior Night from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Student Union. We will provide a lot of important information. Bring your parents with you. All the workshops will be in English and Spanish.

Interested in Photography Class?
Attention students, are you interested in taking a photography class next school year? Hurry and sign-up with Ms. Sanchez as soon as possible space is limited.
Students! Wednesday is Honors/AP Night. If you've signed up for one OR many Honors or AP classes, you MUST attend so you can receive your summer assignment! You also need to bring your parent or guardian to sing your contracts. No contract, no summer work! Be at the gym by 5 P.M. Do not be late!
Congratulations to all the exhibitors who competed in the Salinas Valley Fair this year. A special congratulations to the following people: Ruby Diaz for winning grand champion Broiler pen and Alyssa Ramey for winning reserve champion for her broiler meat pen, Javier Dominguez places 1st in the poultry showmanship, Aislynn Pacheco place showmanship for the swine class and moved on to the final round, Aligha Ramey placed 4th place in market for lambs, Sara Rios also placed 4th place in the area of lambs, Jessica Ramos placed 5th place in market also in the area of lambs. In the area of rabbits Greenfield once again shined like a star. Sara Rios was awarded Best of Breed for her Holland Lop and also received champion heavyweight rabbit with her Californian Rabbit. Nancy Ortiz placed 1st in showmanship, Sara Rios also placed 2nd place in advanced showmanship. Samantha Trujillo places 2nd place in navise showmanship, Aligha Ramey 3rd place in advance showmanship, Ariel Curtis 4th place in advance showmanship, Brandi Zepeda placed 5th in rabbit showmanship as well. Nancy Ortiz placed 4th place in round robin and Sara Rios placed 5th place in advanced round robin. Ivan Trujillo placed 5th in market class in the area of market goat and Angie Ventura place 4th place in market as well. Congratulations to all of you for your hard work and dedication.
Greenfield FFA had an amazing year at the Salinas Valley Fair with all the members still entry's. Congratulations to the following people: Nathaniel Lopez got 2 Best of Shows with his Horticulture entries, William Acuña Best of Shows on his Floral Entry, Delilah Rocha also got Best of Show for her Disney Floral Arrangement. Oscar Castro Best of Show for his Mini Shoe Arrangement. Marlene Ceja Hernandez with her American Spirit Arrangement. Erica Martinez Best of Show with her Fun and Funky Arrangement, Leslie Luna best of show with her Alice and Wonderland Arrangement, and for winning the Floral Design Sweeptstakes! Also, congratulations to Destiny Mores for winning Best in Show with her picnic table and Johnny Serrano for his best in show win in medium mechanics projects with his wood sign. Congratulations.
AP/Honor Courses 18-19
Students! If you signed up for an Honors or AP class for next year AND you did not attend Honors/AP Night, it is your responsibility to see the teachers for those courses to receive your summer assignments and contracts. This must be done ASAP.
